I wasn’t always an “adventurer,” nor did I always perceive life as one big adventure. Traveling across the globe and climbing some of the world’s highest peaks invited me to embody mindfulness, courage, resilience, and determination, not just externally but within.
Over time, I came to understand that exploring my inner landscape was a far greater expedition than any physical climb. My most profound journey wasn’t conquering towering mountains but learning to navigate the peaks and valleys of life itself.
This unfolding adventure has shaped who I am today. I am a social entrepreneur, mountaineer, speaker, consultant, coach, educator, activist, storyteller, and leader devoted to change, transformation, mindfulness, conscious leadership, and the advancement of women.
I’ve had the honor of collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, purpose driven organizations, and conscious leaders around the world. They are people who feel called to shift something within themselves and in doing so help shift the world around them.
At the heart of my work is service. I support individuals and organizations in creating meaningful impact by leading from within, remembering what matters, and reconnecting to what is already whole. I believe that when we shift consciousness, we ease suffering, spark creativity, and strengthen our sense of belonging to one another and to the Earth.
